The Way Back

Directed by Peter Weir (GALIPOLI, MASTER AND COMMANDER: THE FAR SIDE OF THE WORLD) and based on a novel by Slavomir Rawicz, THE WAY BACK is the extraordinary true story of how a group of determined soldiers who broke out of a brutal prison and had to endure Siberia’s harsh wilderness in order to get home. Set in 1940, the film stars Jim Sturges (FIFTY DEAD MEN WALKING), Colin Farrell (IN BRUGES), Ed Harris (ENEMY AT THE GATES) and Saoirse Ronan (ATONEMENT).
