In 2013, he received the Pierre Berton Award for popularizing Canadian history, and was recently inducted into the Order of Canada. He lives in Ottawa with his family. Contributor Bio:  Cook, Tim Tim Cook is the Minister of The Church of Conscious Harmony in Austin, Texas with wife Barbara as co-minister. Tim was ordained in 1983 by the Unity School of Christianity and is a former pastor of Unity Church of Austin. He has been a regional coordinator for Contemplative Outreach and acknowledges two decades of influence from Father Thomas Keating.
