Uzlaner Vladimir, was born in Chirchik, Tashkent region. In 1989 he emigrated to Israel. Since 1995 lives in Toronto, Canada. The author of songs and poems, bard, performs with periodic concerts in Toronto. The author of six poetry collections, three of which were acquired by the library of Stanford University: Poetic dream (2012), Quiet snow (2013), How delicate the balance of the soul (2014), Poetnos (2015), On Lake Simko (2016), Art in Exile (2017 ) and 24 solo albums of author's songs. Participant in the bardic festivals in Puerto Rico (2017, 2018) and in Tartu, Estonia (2018). Nominated for the Ernst Hemingway Literary Prize from the New World magazine (2018). He leads the bard page "Fill with the music of the heart" on Radio Megapolis of Toronto. About the book. The book contains the best works of 2018. The book is divided into genres.
