"The Friend in Ned's Head" is a story about a little boy named Ned whose only friends are two imaginary characters. The one he chooses determines what kind of day he will have; and how he will relate to the school bully. Will Ned learn how to make real friends? This story looks at the problem of bullying; and explores the healing ideas of self-reflection, empathy, kindness and compassion. A great teaching aid!
