After finishing his enlistment in the U. S. Navy, Rob Cohen has returned to his Central Florida hometown. Opportunity is knocking. Whether as a partner in his best friend's start-up company or the young women vying for his attention, things are falling into place. Suddenly, an unexplained explosion and mushroom cloud fill the early afternoon sky. A pair of EMTs rush to the site of the explosion to look for survivors. In the aftermath of the disaster, one victim has miraculously survived trapped beneath the rubble. Unbeknown to the pair, they have stumbled across the remains of a secret military biological research laboratory. The most virulent and dangerous virus man has ever known has been released and their best intentions to save the man's life will have dire consequences. Decisions must be made. Whether it is to help a friend in need or sacrifice two million people, the actions of a few men will impact our country forever. Perhaps even the world.
