Ray, a city kid from the wrong side of the tracks meets Elizabeth, a person of privilege. After coping with opposition from her socialite mother and an unexpected pregnancy, the young couple eventually marry and start living the American dream. Their life is shattered when a child molester abducts their young son. Acting upon reliable information, Elizabeth confronts the kidnapper and she also goes missing. When the predator is named as a person of interest, Ray?although warned by police?breaks into the man?s house and beats him nearly to death. Charged and convicted of various crimes he serves an eight-year prison sentence while the molester goes free on a technicality and eventually wins a civil suit stripping Ray of all his assets. Bitter and vengeful, Ray enlists other victims of legal indifference or limitations, and the grieving relatives form THE JUSTICE CLUB, a group that circumvents the judicial system acting as judge, jury and executioner for unpunished crimes against children. Just as Ray is finally about to lay his ghosts to rest, fate has yet another hand to deal.
