One Bad Thing

When Peter I. Gallagher, AKA Pig, arrived at Lincoln Middle School, Max Kingsley greets him with his well known, "this is my school" speech. But after watching Max tease and humiliate kids ever since the second grade, it becomes the final straw for bystander John Fogg. When John confronts Max, he challenges John to do "One Bad Thing" and he will stop bullying kids forever. Intrigued by the deal, John sets out to find the one thing he can do to "save" the school from the wrath of Max and is faced with challenges he never expected. Mental courage and self respect are some of the most valuable lessons to teach youth. Facing bullies is often a child's first experience with this type of courage demanding situation. One Bad Thing is an opportunity for students to explore the mental skills and confidence that will help them make healthy choices.
