Trapped

Marge wins the jackpot at an Atlantic City casino and goes to an exclusive plastic surgery hospital in Brazil, where she meets Dr. Avi Levy, a brillianti physician on the cutting edge of medical science. Dr. Levey pushes the boundaries and not only performs a sex change, but goes one step further, by doing an experimental procedure which allow Marge to bear children. The operation is successful, but the birth of astonishing twin boys presents a challenge.
