A detective for less than a day, Tony de Luca is summoned by his new partner, veteran investigator Ray Bankston to an address in Highland Park in the early morning hours. With dogged determination Tony and Ray grab a thread...a liquor fuelled escapade on their trip to LA they year before ended badly.
