Rick died over forty years ago at the age of 19 after unsuccessful neurosurgery. His brother, George, was 16 then and loved Rick. He tells George there is an evil being killing pilgrims on El Camino de Santiago in northern Spain. "Go there with me."



Author_Bio: John McCarthy, MD is a retired psychiatrist, married and living in Florida. His brother was James Richard McCarthy and this book is dedicated to him. Ricky was a quarterback, folk singer, handsome karate expert and did die at age 19 in a hospital after failed neurosurgery. His loss has inspired this book.
