This book is about things that need to be done and how to do it. The Supreme Court will serve at the pleasure of the president. The president will be in charge of the Senate, and the vice president will be in charge of the house. All members of Congress will live in their home districts 80 percent of the time or more. Each senator will represent 1 percent of the population and have the dual title of senator and governor. In each senatorial district we will have four congressional districts of equal population. The representatives will have the dual title of representatives and mayor. We need a president to issue an executive order for new elections, new Constitution, and fill the ranks of Congress with these rules. I believe we have an outdated Constitution and the Congress that does not represent the people of this country. They do nothing to help the country or 80 percent of the people in this country.
