It is an epistle to the Body of Christ on God's ideas and strategies for His cities as it relates to the seven spheres of society. His heart is to develop city churches that will produce Kingdom cities. A Kingdom city is a city that is full of God's government in every aspect. As believers this is what we should strive for.
