Pity's Porch is author Deborah Crawford's latest installment in her wonderful series of children's books. Follow the lovable kitty, Pity, as she befriends all whom she encounters. Though Pity's full name is "Pitiful" - because of how plain and pitiful she looks - her journey embodies important life lessons about loyalty, dependability and fun! Deborah Crawford was born in Ft. Worth, Texas, which gave her great Southern values and discipline. She met her husband Scott near Chicago, where she learned to toughen up and have 'alligator' skin! For the last twenty-three years Ms. Crawford has lived in the magnificent Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, where there are ample animals to study and love. She has owned a successful cosmetic company for the past twenty-three years.
