He provided these reporters with the best food, the nest living quarters and companions. So they only reported good news that they invented. Whereas, when a boy returned home from his uncle's house in Kharkiv, the city, to his home on a farm in the Ukraine, he found devastation. Now he saw people dying, their grain taken for taxes, his whole village of Podolsk suffering. e boy, Taras, and his sister, Luda, devise a plan. ey and their horse, Viktor, face unbelievable danger.
