Can a childhood friendship turn into a happily ever after?
Javanna Caldwell, a widow, is an advertising executive in Chicago. Luke Bryant, now two years divorced, is a Christian film maker in New Orleans. When an unfortunate series of events occurs, they are both forced to return to their roots in White Sulphur Springs, Montana.
Luke has maintained his faith throughout his profession, but after the death of her husband, Javanna lost her faith. Following an accident in a blizzard, Javanna becomes desperate and turns to the God she abandoned for help.
With circumstances still out of their control, Javanna and Luke renew a life-time friendship that begins to blossom into something more. Along the way, she from Chicago and he from New Orleans, recognize the joys and benefits of small-town America.
