We have conducted hundreds of workshops across the globe over the past decade or so. We discuss a set of skills that are needed if we are to be prepared for the future and imagination always ranks at the top of the list for skills that are deemed obvious but are underused in most organizations. For those of you who declare that you don't have a good imagination, I'll simply say "big cardboard box." You had a great imagination when you were young and that box could become anything. Wake up the kid in the back of your mind and use this notebook for doodles, drawings and words of wonder. Most importantly, have fun again!
