Do you need an evangelism tool? Meet the powerful evangelists in the Gospel. Women of the Gospel Witness Jesus is a dramatization in three acts written and directed by Deacon Jane Ross. The play recounts scripturally grounded and faithfully told stories of twelve women from the Gospel who knew Jesus. Women bring the good news of Jesus by telling their personal stories of what Jesus did for them. As familiar as some of these Biblical stories are, seeing and hearing about these encounters with Jesus, gathered together for one telling, give them a fresh and contemporary relevance. The stories contrast the very different lives, needs, and experiences of these women who find understanding, help, forgiveness, truth, and healing in Jesus. Some of the women in these stories seek to find Jesus; others are found by Him. No matter their circumstances-poor or rich, desperate or self-assured, Jew or Gentile, timid or bold, young or old-they are changed by knowing Jesus. DVDs of the performance of Women of the Gospel Witness Jesus and Study Guides prepared as a learning resource and evangelism tool to accompany the DVD are available for deeper exploration of these stories and their countercultural impact. This study encourages women to share their own stories of how Jesus is present in their lives with others who may not yet know Jesus. Interested in the DVD?
