The book contains fifty small writings, each one no more than a page long. The aim of each one, is to inspire, comfort, and heal the reader, at all levels of their being (physically, emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually) The writings are a reminder to the reader, of their true worth, beauty, and magnificence. They are also a reminder of the One Love, that underlies all things. Note: Some of the pages in the book are left blank, so that the reader may pause, make space, and breathe, before moving on to the next piece of writing.
