Charley feels like she's balancing on the edge. An aspiring singer-songwriter with hopes of going to music college, the talented sixteen-year-old is thrown into a tailspin when a friend suddenly turns into a vicious bully. Shut out of her social circle and then sexually assaulted, the anxious young woman spirals into dangerous self-harm.




After she's involuntarily committed to a psychiatric unit, Charley bonds with three other patients while keeping in contact with the new boy who befriended her in school. But as she faces her inner demons, she fears she might not be strong enough to take centre stage...
