The Prime Target is a fascinating and gruesome insight into the life and crimes of the serial killer, necrophiliac and cannibal Jeffrey Dahmer whilst he resided at the Oxford Apartments in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the building where he murdered, dismembered and sometimes ate body parts of 12 of his 17 victims.
