Jim and Melissa Callison knew their daughter, Elizabeth, was ready to leave their family nest when she received her diploma from Syracuse University. Yes, they had taught Elizabeth that life's journey is about spreading one's wings. It's about finding one's way. In ten years, Elizabeth had made a name for herself in the theater world. But betrayal and tragedy have left Elizabeth shattered. Broken in spirit and physically, Elizabeth returns to the Adirondacks and to her parents' nest. With Elizabeth's return to the Great Sacandaga Community, the Callison family experiences numerous twists and turns in their collective life.
