By night, they are the Storm Riders - masked guardians of the City of Dragons who sweep into town without warning, leave a trail of justice and good deeds in their wake, then vanish without a trace. Keely Chance is the biggest Storm Rider fan in Paikka. She hangs posters of them, collects newspaper clippings about them, and gets angry whenever a word is spoken against them. She spends most of her time working in her family's cozy bookshop and, with the exception of a reoccurring nightmare that keeps haunting her sleep, her life is finally peaceful. But then mysterious messages begin appearing all across town, making both Keely and her dragon-riding heroes wonder if a real-life nightmare has returned. . .
