Safety of workers in any industry is a paramount importance in accomplishing the objective of uninterrupted operations and maximizing profitability. Personal protective equipment (PPE) refers to equipment like helmet, goggles etc. which is worn by a contractors, workers, students or visitors to protect himself from injury and minimize the risk of the person's safety. This does not include ordinary working clothes such as uniforms which do not have a specific health or safety function, nor does it apply to equipment used whilst playing competitive spor
