Aggressive behavior has high impact in patient's life and results in severe disruptions of occupational and social functions in the community. Psychopathology of patients with bipolar disorder was assessed by observing patients and interview during follow up period at outpatient department. The prevalence of aggressive behavior was high and other psychopathology of patient's with bipolar disorder was addressed. The commonest associated factors for aggressive behaviour were having two or more episode, previous history of aggression, depressive symptoms, psychotic symptoms, mania symptoms, medication adherence, social support and current use of substance. During follow up visit clinicians better to assess patents for aggressive behaviour and statistically significant predictors should be address.
