In a world where you'd expect superheroes to roam free, Maxx P. (Power) Mason is a normal 16 year old boy who lives in a world of people who have superpowers, and Maxx however... does not have any. In the dawning of spring in the year of 2020, his mother and father work at a comic book store of their own, and his mother is making a comic inspired by her son. Soon after, a unknown threat known as The Apex of The Crime Chain invades Detroit! It's up to Maxx to decide to bring him to justice and meet newfound and old allies along the way. Maxx isn't going to be just a superhero, he will be an Extra-Ordinary superhero!
