The Small Business Strategic Planning Workbook

This workbook, updated for 2021 and the implications of the Covid-19 Pandemic, is based on my full-day strategic planning workshops. It's designed to take small business owners through the strategic planning process and provide them with financial, staffing, marketing and project goals for the coming year.
