"Mom, I'm home!" I called, shutting the door behind me."Hi, sweet sweet, how was your final day of school of the semes-ter?" Mom asked, greeting me with a big smile and hug."It was great!" I smiled, hugging Mom back. As we broke apart, I smiled and said "You look both anxious and excited at the same time. What's going on?""This is what's going on." Mom replied, handing me an enve-lope. As I took the enve-lope, and looked at it, my heart, did a flip inside of my chest! After all, the letter was from Texas Tech Univer-sity!
