An incredible recount of some of my job interview experiences. I had grown so accustomed to insults, denigration and belittlement from interviewers in various organizations. I placed a pleasant smile on my face and said to myself, so why then did you call me for an interview? Did you not ready my resume beforehand? Facing gender, racism, political, elitist, deception, nepotism, cronyism, and favouritism. A message of hope to job seekers as they face their own trials as I am still standing- alive. A call to action for interview panelists to re-examine their practices and behaviour.
