It's May 2004. Vince Kelliher's friends in "The Tuesday Club", Johnnie, Paul, Stephen and Harry meet his selection on Dublin's newest professional rugby team, The Dublin Vikings, with great excitement. At thirty three years of age Vince has made it to the top level of his sport the hard way. But Vince isn't as excited as one would imagine. All is not what it seems to be and as the play develops we realise that it's not just Vince that has something to hide. Little does anyone realise that Vince's elevation to the Vikings International Club Cup Team is the beginning of the end of "The Tuesday Club" and the friendships forged in a boarding school some twenty years previous. Justin Irwin's gripping play takes place over nine scenes and is made up of a cast of thirteen, 8m & 5f. It's a great read.
