Who in the world is Robert Droll? A starving artist-a nobody. At least, that's the way it feels to him. So he's duly surprised when he inherits a home from the old man down the street-an upgrade for the artist who works full-time to keep the lights on in his own hovel. Once residing in his new home, Robert decides to dust off a few old projects and get to work. But somebody else is living in the house too-a ghostly somebody. Is it a visit from old Edward, the man who left him the house in the first place? Is it some other entity altogether? In time greater mysteries unfold. Before long he has visitors not from the past, but the future. Was there a catch to inheriting this place?
