"My name is Lilly. I have a last name but I would prefer not to give it. Now is not the time for unwanted attention. I'm already the most popular person in the Spirit World; I don't need every living person on the planet stalking me to talk to dead relatives. Besides, that's not how it works anyway. I don't see every dead person who ever died. All I can see are the angels and the devils who battle over our souls. That's a lot to take in. Trust me it's not as complicated as it seems. It's actually a lot more complicated. Let me start at the beginning."First Lilly gets struck by lightning, then she almost drowns in a river. Afterwards she starts seeing things that no one else can. Now Lilly is the only human alive who can see the spiritual battle between angels and devils for the souls of us all. The angels recruit her to help a fallen fire fighter cross over to the next life, while the devils do everything they can to stop her. But before she can help anyone she's going to have convince her mom that it's all real, or Lilly is just going to end up in the loony bin.
