Out of the 75 tracks, 47 of them are previously unreleased audio recordings split between 33 Studio Vault recordings and 14 live concert recordings. Additionally, you also get a 120-page hardback book, previously unseen photographs, and much, much more.

Besides the Super Deluxe edition, you will also find other versions of the reissue. Thus, Prince: Diamonds & Pearls is available as a CD, Blu-ray, and LP, including a limited edition of the LP on diamond-colored vinyl (very limited!).

To be precise, it's actually a release from Prince & The New Power Generation: Diamonds and Pearls. The New Power Generation was Prince's primary backing band from the early 90s and was instrumental in providing Prince with his updated sound in that decade, incorporating elements of hip-hop, funk, and jazz.
