Mal/2 Original Jazz Classics Series edition

In its original release in 1957, the Mal/2 album by Mal Waldron brought together an ensemble of jazz music's most renowned musicians. Alongside Waldron on piano, the album features the talents of John Coltrane on tenor sax, Idrees Sulieman on trumpet, and Ed Thigpen on drums, among other notable artists.

This reissue of the album is part of the esteemed Original Jazz Classics Series and has been carefully pressed on high-quality 180-gram vinyl at RTI. The recording has undergone all-analog mastering by Kevin Gray at Cohearent Audio, preserving the authenticity of the original tapes.
