Dark Is the Sun

Fifteen billions years in the future, as a darkened Earth nears its final gravitational collapse, a troupe of friends set out on an epic quest across the monster-haunted jungle wetlands of the dying planet. Their search leads them ultimately to an ageless being from another star who holds the key to escaping Earth's fate.
